- All services and consultations are based on the completion of our Design Questionnaire.
- Client must schedule initial Skype appointment within the first 15 days of package
purchase (actual appointment date does not have to be within the 15 days – can be any time prior to event date). - There is no refund provided for unused time allocation. Unused time can be redeemed at a later date.
- Package Services are on a per-client, per-event basis. Services may not be split between
multiple events or clients, unless approved in an outlined CUSTOMIZED PACKAGE agreement. - Space is limited on a monthly basis. Reserve your spot early to avoid disappointment!
